Our "$0 Call Out Fee" offer is available to customers that approve our quote on the spot during our site visit.

Our standard call out fee is $88  during Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, cost varies for after hours call outs and Weekends and is not waived.

The call out fee applies to customers who want a quote but are not yet ready to go ahead with the job.

This covers our general running costs including travel time, vehicle expenses and staff wages, however we are happy to waive this fee when you approve our quote on the spot and we'll get to work straight away and complete your job fast.

For more complex job site assessments, quote only visits and emergency call outs, our call out fee may still apply and we will advise you over the phone first before proceeding with the quote
